At Laurie’s Angel Accessories, we want you to love every piece you receive. Because our accessories are carefully packaged and handled with care, we have established the following return and refund policy to protect both our customers and the quality of our products.

1. Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 3 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • Free from makeup, perfume, lotion, hair products, or other residue

  • Returned in its original packaging, when applicable

  • Accompanied by your order information

Customers are responsible for contacting Laurie’s Angel Accessories before sending any item back.

2. Earrings & Hygiene-Sensitive Items

For health and hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

However, if your earrings arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect and package our accessories before shipment. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging, if it was damaged during shipping

After reviewing your request, Laurie’s Angel Accessories may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

4. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review your order and work to correct the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Change of Mind & Incorrect Selection

We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you:

  • Changed your mind

  • Selected the wrong style or color

  • Ordered the wrong size

  • Decided the item is not what you expected

Please carefully review product photos, descriptions, measurements, and details before placing your order.

6. Return Shipping

For approved returns that are not due to an error on the part of Laurie’s Angel Accessories, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item was sent incorrectly or arrived defective, Laurie’s Angel Accessories will determine whether return shipping or a replacement will be provided.

7. Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error by Laurie’s Angel Accessories or an approved defective/damaged item.

8. Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during a sale, clearance event, promotional event, or with a special discount may be final sale unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Laurie’s Angel Accessories is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are reported missing, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect location due to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order.
